What does the form store?

Your name, email address, chosen topic and project summary are stored to assess your request. A reference number and creation date are added.

Who can access the information?

Form records are not published publicly. They are viewed in the password-protected administration panel. Submission does not use an email or telephone link.

Avoid unnecessary information

Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. A short summary of your needs is sufficient. A form record is not a service contract or quotation.

Blog comments and view counts

The display name and comment text are stored. Comments become public below the article after administrator approval. Do not include contact or private details. A random visitor code is stored in the browser to avoid counting frequent refreshes. Its irreversible digest is used briefly in the counter record; names and email addresses are not linked to it. Views do not represent verified individual people.

Visit statistics

Visit statistics show which pages are visited and where visits originate. Technical information such as page address, browser and device type, language and approximate location may be processed. Query values and page fragments are excluded. Names, email addresses and messages from forms or comments are not sent to analytics. Successful form submission may be counted as a separate event. Analytics uses no tracking cookies and records neither screens nor sessions.

Cookies and storage

The administration panel uses a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Form fields are not stored permanently in your browser. Request records can be deleted in the administration panel. Your manually chosen language is remembered with a preference cookie.
